1. Welcome to the Get-up.moda Online Shop. Please review the following terms and conditions of use, which govern your use of the Site.

2. You don't need to register with us. When you place an order, Get-up.moda accepts that you have read, understand, and agree to the Terms and Conditions, but getting an account will allow you to facilitate your next orders. You can also enjoy special offers and promotions for you.

3. If you purchase a product from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (including name, telephone number, email, and shipping address).

A contract between a customer and Get-up.moda will only be concluded after Get-up.moda has accepted an order from a customer.

Once we have received your order through our site we will send you an email to the email address that you have provided to us acknowledging receipt of the order.

4. Your submission of personal information is governed by our privacy policy. 
We use this information to fulfill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
The security of your personal information is important to us. We make all reasonable efforts to protect your personal information.

5. Domestic Shipments: We work in partnership with Econt Express Courier Company. Econt Express Courier Company provides 20% fixed discount from the prices for courier service to every location inside Bulgaria.

International Shipments: International shipping is available when ordering merchandise from our site. Deliveries to Europe and USA are shipped from Sofia with Bulgarian Posts with tracking number

6. Delivery Terms Bulgaria: Delivery in three business days for available products. Delivery times are negotiable for items made to the customer's specifications.

7. Payment Methods Accepted for Buyers Outside of Bulgaria:

We accept PayPal , Bank Transfer,  card payments / visa, master card , ideal online payment / are to be made in euro

if you select payment method bank transfer or card payments you will receive an email notification about the details of the bank account or link for card payment .

8. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Site, content, feature or product offered through the Site, with or without notice, at any time and in our sole discretion. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Site, or content, feature or product offered through the Site.

9. We make every effort to ensure that colours appear as realistic as possible. However, due to the constraints of digital reproduction on different web browsers, we cannot guarantee exact colour depiction. Every care is taken to ensure descriptions and measurements are accurate, however slight variations may occur. Length measurements are approximate and vary according to the size of the item.

Unless otherwise noted, the Site, and all materials on the Site, including text, images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips and other materials, and the copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual property in such materials (collectively, the "Content"), are owned, controlled, lawfully used, or licensed by Get-up.moda Online Shop.
